Visited from out of town. The shop was very cute and the staff was great to talk to. They knew a lot about the artists in the shop as well as had great suggestions for what someone from out of town should check out. I did wish that there were a bit more shirts and things that weren't Buffalo themed as Im not from there, but there were still plenty of other cute things.

A must go spot for locally crafted items! We are from out of town and we always stop by Buffalo ShopCraft during our stays in Buffalo. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the selection of unique items is great. There really is something for everyone - from jewelry, food items, clothing, home goods, and more! Plus you get to support a local business and local artists. We’ve made it an unspoken tradition that each time we come to Buffalo, I get my sister a crocheted souvenir from ShopCraft. They even shipped me one all the way to Indiana when I spotted an item on their Instagram! Oh, and they’re pet friendly too! They welcome leashed well behaved pups! :)

If you love local small businesses, you'll love this shop. They have a huge selection of locally made/designed products and there's truly something for everyone. A great place for gifts, especially if you're looking for something unique. A mandatory stop when shopping in Buffalo.

The shop is very cute and has tons of Buffalo-specific items from local businesses and artists. I stopped in from out of town and chatted with the owner and one of the men that works there about moving to Buffalo and the area. To my surprise, they spent like 30 minutes giving me super detailed information about the neighborhoods and suburbs which was very helpful! They were so kind! ♥️

I really enjoyed stopping by. There were so many interesting pieces from local artists and I even managed to buy a gift for my girlfriend. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

What a gem this place is. My husband and I stopped in from out of state while we were visiting for a Bills game and found such great hospitality and neat items. Unfortunately, we could not squeeze any more into our carry ons, but we were able to order what we wanted and have it shipped. I received a very sweet note along with my item. I will definitely continue shopping online and hope to visit again the next time we pop up north for a Bills game.

The first time I visited at Christmas, when my daughter told me about the store and told me I could pretty much buy anything they had for her. I loved the variety of whimsical goods! I visited again today, knowing I would find Buffalo themed magnets and clothing for my daughter’s friend, but I did not expect the shopkeepers to be so kind and helpful! Regardless, this store is great , and I will be back… Easter basket items next!

came in for the first time yesterday after I was recently given a gift certificate to do some Christmas shopping. what a lovely shop! everything they sell is so beautifully crafted, from what I can see it's either all locally made or mostly. they have a massive variety of Buffalo style art, jewelry, wearables, even children's things. the prices are slightly high but completely fair for the quality and craftsmanship of each item. the staff are lovely. I interacted with three different women, all of whom were extremely helpful and very sweet. they even gift wrapped each item I purchased with beautiful details. I highly recommend bring ShopCraft your business, I'll definitely be back, I'm sorry I hadn't checked it out sooner!! to the person below with the one star review hoping for "foreclosure" due to the prices, what a shameful thing to say. the prices are very fair for what the things are, ALL artists deserve fair pay for their work! I am an artist myself and I very much appreciate this business giving a platform to all these very talented local artisans. what a poor, negative thing to wish upon a locally owned business! I truly hope you can reconsider your very harsh attitude toward these wonderful people.
